When & Where:  Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00-7:30pm @ the VFW in Lufkin!

What to Expect:  Don't know anything about roller derby? Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know.  If you want to do a little homework before you show up, that's cool too. Check out our Helpful Links page.

Haven't skated in years (or ever)? Not a problem, we'll help you get comfortable with skating and teach you the basics.

Pads (knee and elbow)*
Wrist Guards*
Helmet*
Quad Speed Skates*
Mouth Guard - required

*We have a few loaners available until you are committed on becoming part of the team. 

Joining Roller Derby is a big decision. Whether you are looking to make new friends, get in shape or just be part of a team, there are several great reasons to join. 

Roller Derby takes time and patience. You will be challenged mentally and physically every week but it will be worth it. Derby has been known to be a major confidence booster and you'll probably make some lifelong friends along the way.
